I firmly believe that the best way to manage one’s life is to set goals. This is why I define with all my clients a clear strategy and milestones we want to reach together.
I use these to develop a customized training program for each of my clients, tailored toward his/her wishes, allowing the client to reach their stated goals in a reasonable time frame.

Post rehab continues on where therapy leaves off. We can continue the exercise program you learned in rehab and add more to increase your mobility and independence.

Together, we can improve your balance, mobility and endurance. We train your body and use small steps to get you in the best shape to achieve your own personal goals. This program is ideal for anyone wanting to improve balance, endurance and mobility.
We will strength train using free weights, bands, and/or body weight. If we go to your gym we will also use weight machines. I particularly pay attention to your posture and technique to make sure you do not get hurt. Finding the right challenge is my primary focus for each individual.
