Where does the training take place?

Most of my clients are directly from Las Vegas and we workout in their own home, bringing some equipment with me to use during your speciailzed training program. Once I assess what equipment you have I may suggest you aquire more equipment to have in your home.  We can also meet you at your gym.  

Am I a professional trainer?

Yes. I am a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant through the State of Nevada, and a Certified Personal Trainer and Health Coach through ACE ( American Council on Exercise).  I can safely work with any health challenge including M.S., Parkinsons, Stroke, Joint replacments,  etc.  Just check out the “About Me“ page for more details about my biography.

Why should I spend money on a personal trainer?

My main purpose is to motivate you and develop a customized training program that corresponds to your requirements, problems and goals. In addition, I am also your advisor. I can detect when your posture is not quite right or when you are putting too much pressure on the wrong muscles. I can recommend the right exercise program to help fix the problem and to help you have a more healthy lifestyle. 

How often should I train with you?

That is entirely up to you and depends on the amount of time you have and how committed you are. Usually, I train with my clients twice a week.  I do have clients that train three days a week, one day a week,  or one day a month. Together we can figure out what would work best for you.
